Baja Point is a Fractional Ownership community located in Baja California. This is an owner-driven site. Our oceanfront vacation ownership resort places you along this bustling peninsula where you can immerse yourself in the picturesque beaches and seaside cliffs of Los Cabos, Mexico. We are unlike typical timeshare properties. Here at Baja Point you will be a deeded owner and a member of the Homeowners Association. Fractional ownership means multiple co-owners share costs and usage rights of a property. It’s less expensive than full ownership and includes management and maintenance services. Perfect for those who want a high-end property without year-round use. Once you are an owner, you are guaranteed time at Baja Point, not another property in a vast portfolio. This is NOT an all-inclusive property.

Each ocean-facing unit comes with a fully outfitted kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and in-unit washers & dryers. There are hotel-like amenities including free wi-fi, pools, restaurants, staffed front desk, concierge services, gym, room service, on-site housekeeping, maintenance, and security. We have a secluded beach for all to enjoy. Additionally, we have access to all the amenities of the adjoining hotel including additional restaurants, pools, gym, tennis & pickleball courts, kid’s club, bbq area, convenience store, business center and daily activities.

We are centrally located for: scuba diving at coral reefs, water sports, golfing, fishing or a romantic sunset cruise to the famous El Arco. We are centrally located between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas for shopping, dining, and spectacular nightlife. Don’t forget to experience the weekly Art Walk in San Jose. After a revitalizing treatment at the spa or a swim at our outdoor infinity pool, you’ll be ready for a sumptuous meal at one of our many restaurants and bars as you experience a spectacular sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

Each villa is designed for comfort and convenience, making them ideal for both solo travelers and larger groups. Each villa has its own private patio and outdoor jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the seaside cliffs and relax on the private beach area.
The resort features refreshing outdoor swimming pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Multiple on-site restaurants offer a variety of dining options. Room service is also available for those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their villa. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the resort, ensuring guests stay connected. Additionally, there are no resort fees, adding to the stress-free experience.

The upper pool is for owners (adults only). This infinity pool offers an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez for amazing Whale Watching while lounging or floating. Poolside food and beverage service from 9am to 5pm. Enjoy breakfast or lunch daily.
