We are a fractional ownership property. Unlike a traditional time-share, fractional ownership allows you to share the cost and usage of a property with other owners. Instead of buying the whole property, you buy a share, making it more affordable. As a deeded owner, you will receive ownership documents that validate your percentage ownership in the property. You get to use the property for a certain period each year, and it can be a good investment as the property’s value may increase over time. It’s a cost-effective way to enjoy luxury properties without the full expense.
2 Bedroom Villa
Our spacious two-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds and its own ensuite full bath. The living room is perfect for gatherings, with two sofas that convert into beds, and an additional bathroom off the living room adds convenience.
3 Bedroom Villa
Our spacious three-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed and a private full bath. The second and third bedrooms each feature two queen-size beds and their own ensuite full baths. The living room is perfect for gatherings, with two sofas that convert into beds, and an additional bathroom off the living room adds convenience.

Baja Point offers luxurious beachfront experience with a variety of accommodation options, including 2, and 3-bedroom villas. Each villa is designed for comfort and convenience, making them ideal for both solo travelers and larger groups. Each villa has its own private patio and outdoor jacuzzi. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the seaside cliffs and relax on the private beach area.
The resort features refreshing outdoor swimming pools, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Multiple on-site restaurants offer a variety of dining options. Room service is also available for those who prefer to dine in the comfort of their villa. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the resort, ensuring guests stay connected. Additionally, there are no resort fees, adding to the stress-free experience.

The upper pool is for owners (adults only). This infinity pool offers an unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez for amazing Whale Watching while lounging or floating. Poolside food and beverage service from 9am to 5pm. Enjoy breakfast or lunch daily.
